B-17 is an effective interprofessional cooperative housing society established in Islamabad, Pakistan (MPCHS). In the East the N-5 National Highway (in Grand Trunk Road is known locally) and the M-1 motorway to the West are bordered by this area. B-17 is a newly-developed sector in the Islamabad Territory Capital Zone II. On 30 January 2008 CDA approved and issued no NOC to the MPCHS.

The site began its multi-garden business in 2004 but its first housing project was initiated in 1989, in E-11/3, Islamabad Gardens and in E-11/1 in 2001. ICHS Town was also started with this project around the same time.B-17 is based over a surface area of over 16000.

The society is approved directly by FWO for a designated exchange directly from Islamabad-Peshawar Motorway. It lies precisely between Islamabad-Lahore Motorway and GT Road interchanges. It touches on one side of the route around New Islamabad International Airport, called Margalla Road.
